Guests will enjoy a VIP wine tasting with included souvenir glass. If they wish to get a walking tour of the beautiful property, we offer that as well. This includes seeing the onsite Chapel, the beach on the banks of the Verde River as well as the confluence of Oak Creek and the Verde River, and (subject to Alcantara staff availability) going into the barrel room and learning how wine is made.
While here, each guests gets an included wine flight of their choice. Typically they offer between four and five flight options. We will educated our guests about all the wines so they can make the most informed decision based on their preferences and palate.
What goes better with wine than artisan chocolates made right here in Sedona. Thankfully Sedona has several chocolate shops, each making their unique style of chocolate. What they all have in common is that they are hand made, organic, and are sweetened with alternatives to cane sugar so they are more healthy and low glycemic.
Depending on the day, and timing, we go to either ChocolaTree, Living Chocolate, or Synergy Sedona. This tour includes $11 in chocolate per person to pair with your wines or micro-brews.
For those wishing to enjoy a cold micro-brew on their tour, we take you to this local brewery located right in the heart of the Verde Valley. Here, each guests get to enjoy a flight of six beers of their choosing.
We love taking our customers to Oak Creek Vineyard. For they have a delicious selection of wines that include whites, rose's, red, dessert wines, as well as some sparkling wines. Here each customer gets a custom flight of up to five wines of their choice or a full glass of wine if they would prefer.
For tours that include lunch, this is a customer favorite! They feature hand made pasta, locally sourced farm-to-table vegetables, and a diverse selection wine made by a local celebrity wine maker. The owner is the lead singer of the bands Tool, Pucifer, and A Perfect Circle. While here, included in the lunch portion of the tour, customers get to choose from any one pasta dish, salad, or appetizer and the wine flight of their choice. Wine flights include a selection of three wines.
DA Ranch Vineyard is one of the most beautiful vineyards in the area. Although the vineyard is quite small, at only about nine acres, the property itself is quite vast encompassing nearly 350 acres. With a beautiful natural spring that feeds a tranquil pond where guests may enjoy their wines, it is an idealic stop to make while touring around the Verde Valley Wine Trail.
Tour includes a wine tasting flight of their five signature wines. Subject to their availability, guests may also keep the wine glass to remember their experience when they get home.
