About this experience

Fogo Island is fascinating. In addition to its volcano, it has contrasting natural landscapes and unique natural places. This circuit, rich in natural curiosities and historical stories, makes you discover the city of São Filipe as well as the western side of the island. Stroll through the streets of one of the oldest cities in the country. The past is told there today through the architecture of the city and its “Sobrados”. Then recharge your batteries in Salinas, this natural pool formed by the meeting of the sea and the lava flows. You will also taste a typical drink of the country: the punch of "Calabaceira", the fruit of the baobab.
