AT 7.30 AM - You will be greeted by our English-Speaking Driver at your accommodation in Rome and you'll be chauffeured to Tuscan on board of an elegant and comfortable Mercedes Benz Minivan. First destination of the day is LAJATICO, Andrea Bocelli's hometown!
As you arrive in Lajatico, enjoy a stop at the hilltop Teatro del Silenzio Amphitheater. This unique outdoor venue hosts the Andrea Bocelli's annual Teatro Del Silenzio Concert, known all over the world. You'll also have a stop in Lajatico to visit the lovely little town centre.
At this time, you'll be chauffeured to admire Bocelli property! You'll start the visit with Bocelli vineyards visit in Poggioncino, adjacent to the Farmhouse. On the road you'll also have an external view of the Farmhouse, private Villa of Maestro Bocelli and Family. Our knowledgeable driver will educate the guests on the history and growth of the acres of grapes, ready for the wine tasting!
12:30 PM - Move to the Officine Bocelli Restaurant, where a Bocelli Family member will host a wine tasting experience for our guests. You will be introduced to the various types of Bocelli wines produced by Azienda Bocelli since 1831. Your appetizer will be served during the wine experience.
For lunch, the Office Bocelli Restaurant will serve to clients a four-course meal which includes: antipasto (served during the wine tasting), first course, second course, dessert, coffee and water. Again, guests will taste typical Tuscan food and more Bocelli wine.
After lunch, you will also have the chance to visit the museum located on the first floor above the restaurant: ‘’Casa Bocelli" Museum. Time to shop at the boutique located within the restaurant.
2:30 PM - Upon your arrival in Volterra, you will enjoy a free visit of this lovely Medieval town. Here you can admire Volterra's Ancient Roman Theater and visit an authentic Alabaster laboratory. Stroll around the medieval Piazza dei Priori, located in the heart of the town's centre.
Clients will then be chauffeured back to Rome! Drop off at your custom hotel in Rome at approx. 7:30 PM.
