La Maddalena Arcipelago in Sardinia is one of the world's best kept secrets. Daily boat tours with Navetta Sea Star, will take you around the fantastic islands of La Maddalena, a national park. We visit the entire archipelago, stopping at white sandy beaches and having swimming stops in crystal clear waters along the way. The archipelago is surrounded by stunning nature and history, not to mention breath-taking beaches and emerald waters, which all makes for an unforgettable experience for families, couples and groups. Choose itinerary 1 to include a stop at the charming mother island of La Maddalena, and visit the town centre with its quaint boutiques and try some superb Italian ice creams, or choose Itinerary 2 instead, for the final stop at the world famous Cala Coticcio at Caprera for a swim in the natural aquarium of Tahiti. Whichever itinerary you choose, you are guaranteed the best day out that Sardinia has to offer.

Detailed itinerary

We leave Palau at 10:30am sharp (check in from 9am - 10am) and cruise towards the wonderful island of Spargi. When the boat arrives, you can use the boat's doorway openings to take your beach bags straight onto the islands where you will see beaches that you can chose from for your first stop.

Stop 2 Pass by

We leave the island of Spargi and go along the coast towards the island of Budelli for a photographic stop of the famous Pink Beach "Spiaggia Rosa". We then enter the natural swimming pool of Porto Della Madonna where the emerald color of the water will take your breath away.

We then head on to the island of Santa Maria for our next beach stop, once again you can easily get off the boat with your things to sunbathe, have a swim or go on a lovely walk to the old lighthouse on the island. Our last stop varies—on Mondays, Tuesday's and Friday's after Santa Maria, we go to the Island of Caprera for a fantastic swimming stop in the natural aquarium at Cala Coticcio (Tahiti).

On Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday, our final stop after Santa Maria is in the charming historical center of the mother Island La Maddalena, for shopping and exploring. We arrive back to Palau at around 17:30.

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays after our beach stop at Santa Maria, we go along the West coast of La Maddalena to go to Caprera. We coast along until we arrive at the famous bay of Cala Coticcio, there we stop for a swim from the boat in the natural aquarium.

For check in, our office is inside of the ferry station, at the commercial port of Palau, boxes 4 and 5. There is nearby parking in Via Fonte Vecchia (cost 1€ per hour and accepts only coins) Check in opens at 9am and closes at 10:15am.
