Detailed itinerary

Leaving Marrakech behind in the morning we will head south towards the High Atlas. During the
On the way we will cross the mountain range crossing the Tizi-N-Tichka pass, at 2,260 meters high,
enjoying the mountain road and its surprising landscapes. Next to the road we will see
different berber villages.
At noon we will arrive at Ait Ben Haddou, the star stop of the excursion. This fortified city
It is the most famous in Morocco, known for having been the set where movies were filmed
like Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia or The Mummy. Here, we will have an hour of free time to
eat.
Once in Ouarzazate we can visit part of the city, the Kasbah of Taourirt or go into
the cinema museum (entrance fees not included) to discover why Ouarzazate is known as the
“Hollywood of Africa.”

We spend the night in Ouarzazat and the next day we will be back in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
