We start the tour with a pickup from your hotel or Airbnb. Transportation in provided in well kept, air-conditioned mini-van or bus.

Unlike many other tours, our tour includes stops at your choice of up to THREE of the following: Appleton Estates Rum Tour, YS Falls, Black River Safari or Floyd’s Pelican Bar.

The Appleton Estates rum tour demonstrates how rum is made, then try some samples and take a bottle or two home with you! Next, swim in the natural pools at YS Falls with the option to Zip Line to see the full beauty of nature. Cruise down the Black River in a pontoon boat to see the crocodiles, or sail out to Floyd’s Pelican Bar, a tiny driftwood bar stilted over a sandbar a quarter of a mile out in the sea.

NOTE: Entrance fees are not included. YS Falls is closed on Mondays, and Appleton Rum Tour is closed on Sunday & Monday.

The tour takes you on a journey through time to learn about the history of rum and to give you an inside look at how the finest rum in the world is made. You will take in the beauty, character and color of their estate’s grounds which offer plenty of unique photo opportunities. The tour moves outside to the beautifully landscaped grounds where they take a multi-sensory journey from cane to cocktail and discover how they have crafted the Appleton Estate Rums since 1749, including visits to the distillery and aging house and a guided tasting of three Appleton Estate Rums.

Ys Falls is located off the beaten path amidst the lush and rugged greenery of the island’s south coast. YS Falls is a seven-tiered waterfall that cascades into natural pools for swimming. The Pelican Bar is built on sand dunes about a 20-minute boat ride from the mainland. It is made of driftwood and offers a memorable experience with stunning views and great food. You can swim or snorkel in the shallow waters, and play a round or two of dominoes. Top it off with a cold Red Stripe Beer
