Located 2 hours south of Rio in the Green Coast area of Angra dos Reis. Ilha Grande holds one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Brazilian coast.
Blessed by tropical climate, you will find over 100 beaches with clear and calm blue-green water, lush vegetation formed by an authentic rainforest, trails full of adventures wildlife, and numerous waterfalls embedded in the heart of the Atlantic.
After getting into the island, we hike 6km from Abraão bay to Lopes Mendes beach (top 10 in the world). On the way back we recommend to catch a boat (optional).
If you are traveling alone let us know that we can include you in an existing group.

Abraão is the main village on the island it's from there we start our Hike heading Lopes Mendes Beach. Here you can get stuff to drink, eat, souvenirs also hire boats to go to any beach in the island.
We are going to pass by Pouso beach during our hike to Lopes Mendes Beach.
