For shared shuttle transfers:
We collect passengers from all hotel and locations within Bansko resort area. After all passnegers are collected you will be taken directly to Sofia Airport Terminal 1 and 2.

Your exact pick up time from Bansko (usually between 4 and 6 hours before the scheduled departure time of your departing flight) will be confirmed 48 to 24 h in advance in one of the following ways:
- via email to the email you used when making the reservation
- via text messages (SMS) to your number (used in the reservation)

In case you have received neither email nor text message less than 24 hours to the planned departure of the flight please contact us to reconfirm your pickup time.

Return services can run slightly early or late depending on traffic and other passengers not being on time, therefore please be at the designated pick up point at least 15 minutes before your pick up time, and be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes after your confirmed pick up time before calling us so we can investigate any delays.
