Mikumi is Tanzania’s fourth-largest national park. It’s also the most accessible from Zanzibar and Dar es Salaam. With almost guaranteed wildlife sightings, it makes an ideal safari destination for those without much time. This tour will take you by morning flight from Zanzibar to and land inside Mikumi National Park and immediately proceed with game drive. After the end of the tour, you will be flown back to Zanzibar.

We will pick you from your hotel in Zanzibar and transfer you to Zanzibar airport for your 0700am flight. You will be transferred by flight to an airstrip inside Mikumi National Park and immediately proceed with the game drive.
Expect to see elephant, giraffe, buffalo, Burchell's zebra, sable, eland, Liechtenstein's hartebeest, lion, leopard, spotted hyena, and jackal. You can also find yellow baboons near Kiboga, at the southern part of the park. Lunch and water will be served inside the park end of the park. By the end of the tour, your will be transferred to an airstrip to catch your flight back to Zanzibar on the same day, and then dropped to your hotel in Zanzibar.
