We will take you to Las Monas (the monkeys) Rainforest. It is a 25 minute hike in to the jungle you will be learning about the natural vegetation used for medicine by the natives of Las Monas.
The Experience lasts 2.5-3.5 hours depending on how long you would like to be at each waterfall and swim in the natural pools. You do not have to swim if you do not want to ;)
Once we get to the Waterfalls you will get to swim in the 10 natural pools or jump from the top of the waterfalls.
On our way back you will have the pleasure to taste the local cuisine at La Casita del Sabor (The Home of Flavor), cooked by the Grandmother of Las Monas town. It is the perfect tour if you want to be one with nature and local culture.
Hike starts easy then gets a bit more difficult so not suited for anyone with a handicap. Approximately from the start of the river to the 1st waterfall is 1km (15-20 minutes) then will see new waterfalls every 50-100 meters.
