We will go to the "Capitania" and there we will discover the importance of cocoa and chocolate in Chiapas and in the world. We will talk about the differences and we will know what a real chocolate should contain.
We will do some exercises with the different seeds of Cocoa to know them and to be able to distinguish them.
Then, direct from our "distillery" we will taste the different flavors of Posh a unique drink in Chiapas and we have more than 50 flavors, we will learn how it is made and part of its history. At the end for the bravest can taste the Posh Dragon our strongest drink.
