Hi, my name is Luis and I am the founder of "La Capitania", a place to let people know more about culture. I have been living in San Cristóbal de las Casas for more than 20 years learning about their culture and I can say that it is a magical town with an incredible gastronomy.
We specialize in cocoa, chocolate and Posh. That's why I'd like to invite you to a tasting so you can taste how delicious and wonderful this drink and food is. We assure you that you will know more about the culture of this magical town of San Cristóbal.

What you'll see
We will go to the "Capitania" and there we will discover the importance of cocoa and chocolate in Chiapas and in the world. We will talk about the differences and we will know what a real chocolate should contain.
We will do some exercises with the different seeds of Cocoa to know them and to be able to distinguish them.
Then, direct from our "distillery" we will taste the different flavors of Posh a unique drink in Chiapas and we have more than 50 flavors, we will learn how it is made and part of its history. At the end for the bravest can taste the Posh Dragon our strongest drink.
What we want is to make known more about the magical culture of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas. For young people and adults to enjoy while they learn.
