For the Alcatraz portion of the tour, you will receive an email the night before your tour with a QR code, which is your ticket. Please arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30 minutes before the departure time and proceed directly to the boarding line with the QR code. Without it, you may be turned away.
