07:00 a.m. Departure to Ocucaje
Departure to the Ocucaje desert bound for the Canyon of the Lost, we will transport ourselves along the Panamericana Sur, and then take the detour that will take us to the Ocucaje Desert.
08:20 a.m. Arrival at Pampa de Piedras
We will visit "Pampa de Piedras", where we can find a large number of "Apachetas", which are built by travelers
09:00 a.m. Canyon of the Lost Tour
Viewpoint of the Canyon of the Lost; where the great crack that shows its extension and depth will be observed, which in turn serves as protection for carrion birds that are the guardians of this area.
Walking along a sandy road you can see some fossils and saltpeter mines that lead us to the springs of this great canyon 150 meters deep and 1.5 km long.
