Meeting point
As you enter Bayside Marketplace, go towards the water and then right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe. Please check in at the Miami Water Taxi kiosk, located just down the steps from the Mambo Cafe.
Important notes
Please aim to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you miss the boat there are no refunds as there are strict reservations.
Be sure to go to the bathroom at Bayside Marketplace before boarding the boat as there are no bathrooms on the island or on the boat.
