This is a jet ski tour. It is not a freestyle jet ski rental

You will be required to sign a waiver before your rental

Florida law requires that everyone driving a Jet Ski and born after January 1, 1988, must have at least a Florida Boating Temporary License. Instructions on how to purchase this are provided on your confirmation voucher

This tour has no hidden gas fees.

Total weight per jet ski cannot exceed 350lbs (159kg)

Children MUST be at least 10 years old and children 10-15 years old can only be the second passenger. You must be at least 16 years old to drive a jet ski (with a guardian 21+ in the group), and at least 18 years old to drive solo.

Tour will operate in all conditions that the operator considers to be safe.

All participants are required to wear life jackets. You do not need to be able to swim.
