This impressive lagoon was formed in the crater of an inactive volcano and is one of the most beautiful and visited places in the country. On the tour, you will be able to observe the bottom of the lagoon from the viewpoint.
We descend to the lagoon, where you can rent a kayak for a tour around the lagoon (not included in the tour).
After the ascent we have lunch and return to Quito

One of the most popular activities in Quilotoa is walking around the crater. There is an approximately 9 kilometer trail that takes you to the edge of the crater and allows you to enjoy impressive panoramic views. The hike can be challenging due to the altitude, but it is a rewarding experience.
If you want to experience the lagoon in a unique way, you can rent kayaks or take boat rides to explore its waters from a different perspective.
