About this experience

Learn about the history of Sarajevo and our culture while enjoying the beautiful nature around the city from the comfort of your seat.

A little north of Sarajevo lies Mount Ozren, with many peaks offering stunning views of Bosnia's capital. One of them is Bukovik, with an altitude of 1,534 m. From there, you can see the city of Sarajevo and the four Olympic mountains surrounding it: Bjelašnica, Igman, Trebević, and Jahorina. On our way down, we'll leave the wide, open areas behind and enter a beautiful, peaceful forest where one of the highest waterfalls in Europe is hidden. Its name is Skakavac, and it stands 98 meters tall.

An easy 20-minute walk to see the waterfall is optional, and if you don't feel like doing it we don't have to, but we highly recommend it!

Along the way, we will also visit the Grdonj viewpoint and Crepoljsko peak, both of which offer stunning views of Sarajevo and the surrounding mountains. Be prepared to take some beautiful photos.
