Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

The Dubai Frame is an architectural landmark in Zabeel Park, Dubai. It has been described by The Guardian newspaper as "the biggest picture frame on the planet, ” however is also controversial as the "biggest stolen building of all time.”

2
Stop 2

Along Dubai Creek’s shoreline is Souk Al Seef, a bustling waterfront promenade where old meets new. It has two zones: an old-world heritage area and a modern section lined with malls, hotels, and restaurants. Here, you can learn about the Gulf’s beginnings as a famous pearl diving port, explore the open-air floating market and 1950s-style souk, get a henna tattoo, and purchase handicrafts along the sikkas (alleyways). You can even hop aboard a romantic dhow boat and take in the fantastic views on a dinner cruise. Al Seef is great to visit together with the nearby Al Fahidi neighborhood on a walking tour.

3
Stop 3

The bustling Dubai Creek has been the lifeblood of the city for generations and continues to attract visitors year-round. For just AED1 (US$0.27c), you can hop aboard one of many traditional boats, known as abras, to cross the creek that separates Bur Dubai from Deira, Dubai’s city centre.

The abras, or ‘water taxis’ run every few minutes throughout the day across four stations along Dubai Creek. The first route goes from Deira Old Souk Abra Station (near the Spice Souk) to Bur Dubai Abra Station (west of the Old Souk). The second, much busier route runs continuously from Al Sabkha Abra Station (just southwest of Baniyas Square) to Dubai Old Souk Abra Station.

4
Stop 4

As one of the Emirates' oldest traditional markets, Dubai Gold Souk has over 350 retailers trading tax-free gold of different carats, designs and weights. There are also precious stones, strings of pearls, platinum and silver available here. You can bargain at the market, and enjoy better rates when paying in cash. To reach the Gold Souk, you can take an inexpensive abra ride across Dubai Creek, and combine your visit with nearby attractions like the Bur Dubai Grand Mosque, Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood and Al Seef.

5
Stop 5

Miracle Garden is one of a kind in the region and in the world for such a unique display and extravagant outdoor recreational destination. Miracle Garden in its first phase is providing state-of-the-art services and facilities including open parking, VIP parking, sitting areas, prayer room, toilet blocks, ablution facility, security room, first aid room, carts for handicapped visitors, retails and commercial kiosk and all other related services available to facilitate visitors.

6
Stop 6

The sprawling Global Village complex is a great spot for culture, entertainment, and shopping in Dubai. Get a closer look at over 90 cultures, all in the same place. At the themed pavilions, you’ll find a variety of beautiful handicrafts and delicious food representative of each country. You'll also get to watch cultural performances as well as international music acts each night. Don't miss out on all the carnival rides within the park too. Global Village is open from October through April and entry tickets are needed. The best time to visit is during early evening hours when crowds are thinner.

7
Stop 7

Located in the Safa area, the Al Farooq Omar Bin Al Khattab Mosque is one of the few mosques in the UAE open to non-Muslim visitors. With its striking bluish façade and four elegant minarets, the mosque stands out even from a distance—and can be spotted along the Dubai Metro line.

While public transport access is limited, a taxi is the most convenient way to reach this landmark.

Inside, visitors are greeted by a breathtaking prayer hall adorned with intricate Islamic inscriptions and a beautifully woven carpet. The serene atmosphere allows time to admire the craftsmanship and architectural details without distraction. A special highlight is the replica of the Holy Kaaba in Mecca, located within the prayer hall—an impressive feature not to be missed.

8
Stop 8 Pass by

The tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah island is known for glitzy hotels, posh apartment towers and upmarket global restaurants. Food trucks offering snacks like shawarma dot the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, popular for its views of the Dubai coastline and the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel. Beach clubs with spas and infinity pools turn into boisterous nightclubs with live DJs in the evening.

9

Set within the historic, leafy and salubrious neighbourhood of Zabeel (also known as Za’abeel), moments from Dubai’s city centre but filled with parkland and home to equestrian centres, Zabeel Palace is the administrative headquarters of the Dubai Royal Family. As the official royal residence, it’s one of the many homes of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai and Prime Minister of the UAE, and many of his family members. While built in what was then an isolated desert, Zabeel Palace is now a beautiful and conveniently accessed royal residence, surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with birds, flowers and home to roaming peacocks.

While visitors are not allowed to tour or access the palace, it is possible to venture up it along the driveway and take in its impressive front entrance.

10
Stop 10

A picturesque waterfront attraction, Dubai Marina Walk is a seven-kilometre palm tree-lined path bordering the neighbourhood's popular emerald-hued waterway.

Visitors will enjoy mingling, shopping and dining along the promenade – it is a sight to behold, with elegant yachts bobbing up and down on the water and the bright lights of the city skyline sparkling above at night.
