About this experience

Enjoy this Morning DMZ tour without stopping at any shopping center.

After meeting your guide around 07:00 am at meeting point, you will visit the Demilitarized Zone in Paju. Step into the 3rd Infiltration tunnel and the Dora observatory.

First, you will see the Bridge of Freedom.

Next, head to the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, built by North Korea that runs under the Demilitarized Zone.

Once you're back on the surface, the tour takes you for a look across the country from the Dora Observatory. In clear weather, you can see all the way to North Korea by using the observatory's binoculars.

Imjingak Park, located 7 km from the Military Demarcation Line, is now at the forefront of tourism related to the Korean War. Imjingak was built in 1972 with the hope that someday unification would be possible.

After short check your passport by soldiers, you might explore DMZ. There is a DMZ exhibition hall which provides a short video and exhibits. Those helps you to understand tragic history, division of Korea.

The 3rd Tunnel was discovered by South Korea in 1978. It spans over 1,635m in length, 2m in width, and 2m in height and is located 52km from Seoul. It is estimated that approximately 30,000 soldiers could move through the tunnel per hour.
