About this experience

The best way to explore Santorini in a 6 hours private tour, starting in the morning and finishing in midday. Our tour is made based on the most requested places on the island during the past ten years of tours. Fist stop will be the mountaintop of Profitis Ilias, the highest point of the island, where you will get a panoramic view of Santorini . Next stop will be the famous Red Beach for a short photo shooting as descending from the cliffs is prohibitted. Following, you will pass by the Modern Village of Akrotiri and then the amazing Akrotiri Lighthouse for another short stop where you will have the opportunity to capture some breathtaking pictures. After all this, you will have a stop in Perissa Village with free time to wander, explore, swim, ave lunch or watersports...To end the tour we will visit a local winery located at the cliffside of the caldera, where you will taste different kinds of Santorinian wines and you will get insights about the winemaking tradition on the island.

Stop 1

Visit the Highest point of the Island of Santorini and the Monastery of Profitis Ilias which is a place with great history and value for the island.

Stop 2

We will havw a short photo stop for approximately 20 minutes above the Red Beach as visiting the actual beach is prohibitted for safety reasons.

We will visit the Oenotourism Center and learn things about the local production of wine, we will also have the chance to taste the local wines! As the location is also amazing, in Santo Winery,you will also have free time for photos and shopping.

The Lighthouse was built in 1892 by a French trading company and it is considered a very important site, as it is one of the first lighthouses that were manufactured in Greece.This scenic Lighthouse is situated in the lovely and tranquil village of Akrotiri, on the edge of a high cliff right above the sea. It is 5 kilometers away from the center of the village.Today, it is still operational as it emits a bright white light over the sea every 10 seconds and still contributes to the protection of the traveling boats. Although entrance is not allowed to public, the area around will secure you amazing photos and views!
