The day begins with a visit to the Luxembourg American Military Cemetery and Memorial. General Patton himself, who passed away shortly after the war, is also buried here, as per his wishes.
From there, the tour continues to the Luxembourg National Museum of Military History. This museum is regarded as one of the best in Luxembourg for learning about World War II.
Next, the tour takes you to the General Patton Memorial in Ettelbruck, the town that Patton’s Third Army liberated on Christmas Day in 1944.
Heading further north, you will visit the "Schumanseck Remembrance Trail," a significant location in the Battle of the Bulge.
