There will be a grace period of 60 minutes from the confirmed flight landing time. Thereafter, a waiting time charge will be implemented.
In the event that you are uncontactable 90 minutes after the confirmed flight landing time, we will consider as "NO SHOW" and our driver will leave the Airport in regrets. ☹ There will be no refund for "NO SHOW"
