Please do not stop at the airport with anyone who is not a representative of the company because they are vacation club salespeople and will make your transfer take longer than expected.

Upon arrival at the airport both terminal A or B should be directed to the parking area outside where there will be a representative waiting for you with a sign with the logo of the company.
Do not stop with any representative other than Merenba inside the airport as they are vacation club sellers and what they do will be delaying your transfer.
The maximum waiting time from the arrival of the flight will be 1 hour, in case of not communicating with us the reservation will be taken as no show.
