Meeting point

WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION, THERE IS NO MEETING POINT IN PUERTO MORELOS. You should arrive at the park on your own if you choose this option. This option does not include transportation and is only available to those who choose the tour option to arrive on their own.

Important notes

- For security reasons it is not allowed to use the cell phone or any other electronic device during activities, only the use of GoPro fastened to our helmets and breastplates which are subject to availability.

- If you do not receive the mail with the collection details you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to help you, or contact your travel agent, due to our logistics we will not be able to help you resolve last minute collection situations on the same day of your tour.

- If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel.

- Pick-up time is set according to your location and tour availability

Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel.

- Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel, you can reach the park on your own or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you will need to contact us to give you details.
