This is a shared group guided tour and activities are done at intervals.
This tour is NOT private, it is a shared tour and there may be lines or waiting times.
If you arrive late or do not show up, no refund is offered.
Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will have an extra charge of $15 per person.
We do not offer pick-up service from any Airbnb or private addresses.
Extra charges for souvenirs, photos, or any other purchases may incur an additional 16% VAT. Any additional charges during the experience are completely unrelated to our company.
Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.
Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. You should also consider the travel time to and from your hotel.
If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation.

Meeting point

We will pick you up at your hotel in Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya. If we don't have availability at your hotel, the meeting point is outside Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen. You will receive the pickup time the day before the tour.

Important notes

- For safety reasons, the use of cell phones or any other electronic devices is not permitted during activities. Only GoPros attached to helmets and chest straps are permitted, and are subject to availability.

- The time shown on your ticket is NOT your pickup time; each hotel has a different pickup time.

- You will receive the pickup time the day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm. Each hotel has a different pickup time. Please check your email, including your SPAM folder.

- If you do not receive the email with pickup details, you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, contact your travel agent. Due to our logistics, we cannot assist with last-minute pickup situations on the day of your tour.

- If we do not have pickup available at your accommodation, you will be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel.

- Pickup time is based on your location and tour availability.

- Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned a meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel.

- Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no hotel pickup. You can make your own way to the park or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen. In either case, please contact us with the details.

- We do not offer pickup services from Airbnb or private addresses.

- Remember to bring cash to pay the Natural Areas Conservation Fee: $25 USD per person.
