All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure and your skills within the Mayan jungle on an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy an ATV circuit, horseback riding, zip lines, hanging bridges, swimming in an interactive cenote with a zip line and a jumping platform, snacks and water during the tour. (Inclusions will depend on the package booked)
You will need to arrive at the park on your own if you choose this option. There is no meeting point in Puerto Morelos. This option does not include transportation and is only available for those who select the tour option of arriving on their own.
- For security reasons, it is not allowed to use cell phones or any other electronic device during the activities, only the use of GoPro attached to our helmets and chest protectors is allowed, which are subject to availability.
- The time that appears on your ticket is NOT your pick-up time, each hotel has a different pick-up time.
- You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder.
- If you do not receive the email with the pick-up details, you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to help you, or contact your travel agent, due to our logistics we will not be able to help you resolve last-minute pick-up situations on the same day of your tour.
- If we do not have pick-up availability at your accommodation, you will be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel.
- Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability
- Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel.
- Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick-up at any hotel, you can get to the park on your own or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you must contact us for the details.
- We do not offer pick-up service at any airbnb or private addresses.
- Remember to bring cash for the payment of the Natural Areas Conservation Fee: $25 USD per person.
- We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items.
