The Chureito Pagoda is a five storied pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji off in the distance. The pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was built as a peace memorial in 1963 nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine's main buildings.

Oshino Hakkai is a touristy set of eight ponds in Oshino, a small village in the Fuji Five Lake region, located between Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako on the site of a former sixth lake that dried out several hundred years ago. The eight ponds are fed by snow melt from the slopes of nearby Mount Fuji that filters down the mountain through porous layers of lava for over 80 years, resulting in very clear spring water that is revered by the locals. 2024), during which shuttle buses operate between designated parking lots at the base of the mountain and the 5th station.

Oishi Park is a public park located on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi. From the park you can enjoy a beautiful view of Mt.
Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. The park features a 350m walking path with many flowers planted along it; from early April to Late May the moss phlox flowers spread out like a pink carpet, from late June into late July the gorgeous lavender plants bloom, and from mid to late-October the kokia shrubs show their beautiful red autumn colors. The contrast between the various flowers and Mt. Fuji is
spectacular.

Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine is one of approximately 1,300 Asama shrines in Japan that enshrine the deity of volcanoes in general and Mount Fuji in particular. The shrine is part of the Mt. Fuji UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, designated in 2013.
Asama shrines are dedicated to Konohanasakuya-hime ("cherry blossom princess"), the goddess of Mt. Fuji and all volcanoes in Japanese mythology. The vast majority of Asama shrines are within sight of Mt. Fuji; where this is not the case because of distance or obstructions, miniature replicas of Mt. Fuji made with rocks from the mountain are erected within the shrine grounds.
