The shuttle departs at 1:00 PM, with pickups available from Mirissa, Weligama, Matara, and nearby suburbs. Guests staying at hotels should wait at the lobby or reception area. Right after you book a shuttle with us, your e-ticket will be sent via email after check-in, along with all pickup details—including the vehicle number plate and driver contact information—well in advance. On the day of travel, simply show your e-ticket to the driver and begin your transfer. The transfer takes around 2 hours in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle driven by a professional familiar with the most efficient routes into Yala National Park. With organised pickups, luggage allowance, optional infant seating, and vehicle options such as MPVs or commuter vans accommodating up to 10 passengers, this shuttle is well suited for solo travellers, families, and small groups.

The pickup window is between 12.30 to 1.00 PM. Therefore, passengers are requested to be prepared for the departure within the pickup window. Since it's a shared shuttle, kindly do note that the maximum waiting time is 5 minutes and no refunds will be issued for "no-show" bookings.

Important notes

After the reservation is confirmed, a check-in email will be sent. Once the check-in is completed, the booking voucher e-ticket will be issued and should be presented to the driver at pickup.
