We will start our exclusive tour from your hotel in Barcelona at the agreed time, towards the Priorat region, famous for its high-end wines and spectacular landscapes.

Our first stop will be in Gratallops, a charming village known for its concentration of world-renowned boutique wineries. Here we will visit the prestigious Gratavinum winery, famous for its high-end wines and its exquisite extra virgin olive oil, made on the estate itself. The experience includes a private tasting of its finest vintages, paired with local products of the highest quality.

From Gratallops, we will continue to the viewpoints of Finca Palacios, home to the famous old vineyards that give rise to the iconic L'Ermita wine, one of the most valued in Spain. We will pause for a gourmet lunch in a renowned restaurant in the area, located in the Priorat, we will go to a restaurant that has positioned itself as one of the references of haute cuisine in the region, combining local seasonal products with exceptional creativity. He has been awarded the Sol Repsol, a recognition that guarantees his commitment to excellence and innovation in the kitchen. It has also received praise from the Michelin Guide, cementing itself as a must-see place for lovers of fine dining. Highlights include the low-temperature Lamb with truffled potato emulsion and the Tuna Tart with garlic sauce and crispy bread, both known for their sophisticated presentation and explosion of flavors.

Our next stop will be in Porrera, where we will visit the renowned winery Clos Dominic SL.
