Upon arrival to Jamaica, when exiting the customs department of the Norman Manley International Airport, make your way to the arrivals exit area. A friendly representative bearing a sign with your name outside the arrivals exit will be there to meet and greet you before checking you in for your transfer. Simply show a copy of your confirmation voucher (printed or electronic) and within a few minutes you will be escorted to your vehicle and driver who will take great care of you on your way to your hotel.
For your departure/return transfer, a friendly representative will be there to greet you and check you in for your transfer at your hotel lobby. Simply show a copy of your confirmation voucher (printed or electronic) and within a few minutes, you will be on your way to the Kingston Airport. Your hotel pickup time will be communicated to you by email once your return flight details have been confirmed.
