Upon arrival to Jamaica, when exiting the customs department of the airport, turn left and make your way to Desk 18 in the Airport Arrivals Lobby located in front of the Half-Moon VIP Lounge. A friendly representative will be there to greet you and check you in for your transfer. Simply show a copy of your confirmation voucher (printed or electronic) and within a few minutes you will be escorted to your private vehicle and driver who will take great care of you on your way to Grand Palladium Resort.
