The hike to Abudelauri Lakes starts from the small village of Roshka, located about 3 hours' drive from Tbilisi.
From Roshka, the trail gradually ascends through alpine meadows and rocky terrain, following a visible footpath surrounded by mountain peaks.
The distance from Roshka to the lakes is approximately 4 kilometers one way, and the hike takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the lakes, depending on pace.
The trail is moderate in difficulty, with a few steeper sections but no technical climbing required.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy views of the Chaukhi massif and wide open landscapes.
At the end of the trail, you’ll find the three Abudelauri Lakes, each with its distinct color: green, blue, and milky white.
After spending time at the lakes, the return hike follows the same path back to Roshka.
