About this experience

I am a long time local and guide who has worked with thousands of people. This experience is meeting up with me to learn something about the area and check in with where you are at and offer a series of mindfulness prompts to do on a trail you pick.I do not go with you as a hiking guide.We use Whats app to stay in touch and I also offer local tips, hiking suggestions and answer questions about the area. I'm basically an expert guide in your pocket.
I would say this experience is best for the person who really wants to slow down and find a connection with the land.
It can also be a good value for the right person as hiking tours can start at $150. It may not be a fit for the person who wants an entertainment experience( try my Uptown Scavenger hunt for a fast paced fun adventure) or who is just coming along for the ride.Because its something new, slow and introspective the grumpy relative or friend with you won't be a good fit.There is a lot of magic in the red rocks.
