Mount Tai is a mountain of historical and cultural significance located north of the city of Tai'an, in Shandong province, China. The tallest peak is the Jade Emperor Peak which is commonly reported as 1,545 metres tall, but is described by the PRC government as 1,532.7 metres
According to historical records, Mount Tai became a sacred place haunted by emperors to offer sacrifices and meditate in the Zhou Dynasty over 1,000 years before the Christian era. A total of 72 emperors were recorded as visiting it.
Mount Tai is one of the "Five Great Mountains". It is associated with sunrise, birth, and renewal, and is often regarded the foremost of the five. Mount Tai has been a place of worship for at least 3,000 years and served as one of the most important ceremonial centers of China during large portions of this period.

Today guide will hold name card and pick up clients in the hotel lobby and after day tour guide will drop them to hotel in Taian city.
Rote: Satrt from Tianwai village and take excursion bus to Zhongtian Gate, from Zhongtian Gate you will take cable car to Nantian Gate, from Nantian gate you will walk about 30 minutes to the top of Tai mountain, the same way back to the parking.
After you reach to Nantian Gate you can walk on own and guide will tell you a meeting point, but you will go together with guide to the parking after day tour.
