Shimshal Pass Trek
Manglik 6050m Situated in the heart of Karakoram range in Shimshal, the remotest valley in the whole range. The mountains are some of the toughest, with some of the highest virgin peaks lying here. In this background we take you for ascent of a 6,050 meters high trekking Peak, climbed many times by our Guides from the valley.
You start the trip in Islamabad and drive on legendary Karakoram Highway to Passu in Gojal from where we take soft top 4x4 jeeps to enter the valley. It takes two days walk to reach the main village - Shimshal. From the village it is 3 days trek to the base camp of our Peak, towering above two lakes and flower filled meadows roamed by Yaks.
