Stop 5

We will visit the Agricultural Market of Montevideo, one of the largest. Construction that began in 1906 and extended until 1912.

Declares a National Historic Monument since 1999.

Urban Park where we will visit the Monument La Carreta and the Centennial Stadium, venue of the first world cup in 1930 and organized by FIFA.

If the group of passengers want to visit the Stadium inside, you must pay a ticket not included in our tour.

To see the Stadium inside from the Olympic tribune the price is around 3 dollars per person.

We will visit the rambla, a prolonged avenur of about 25 kms that borders the coast of the Silver River in Montevideo.

We will stop at the city sign for photos and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the neighborhood and the beach.

Return to the Port of Montevideo touring part of the rambla and its neighborhoods Punta Carretas and Rodo Park.

We will visit the neighborhood of Carrasco in Montevideo (most important area of houses and mansions in Montevideo City) to experience the neighborhood with its luxurious houses and nature, a very pleasant walk between its streets and commercial area.
We will pass by the old Hotel Casino Carrasco (today by Sofitel) and back to the port we will make a complete walk along the coast of Montevideo, its beaches and its spectacular views

If travelers wish, we will leave them in this beautiful place that any tourist should know. Have lunch, buy souvenirs or take a ride on it before returning to the cruise
