When open, we will take a moment to see this beautiful bay with a stop at their overlook. This is not a swimming stop but you should take time to enjoy this on one of your mornings.
This beautiful section of the coastline has a lot to see. The blowhole, the incredible landscape, even whales in the winter.
The coastlines change dramatically as we circle around the island on this tour. Your guide will share local knowledge and history at each stop. This one is pretty cool. Like all our stops, itʻs absolutely beautiful.
High up on the Koolau range, the Nuu Pali lookout is steeped in beauty and rich Hawaiian history. Epic battles fought and lost. Centuries of travel over this area and itʻs trails. We look out from here across the beautiful leeward areas, high above the towns of Kailua, Waimanalo and Kaneohe.
We take a moment to reflect in this sacred valley full of shrines from the cultures that make up the population of the islands. This includes an amazing reconstruction of a 600 year-old Japanese temple. The landscaped grounds and building is something not to be missed.
We take a brief stop to check out the local family farm that includes great coffee and macadamia nuts. Get exposed to a local business and enjoy a drink. Look around the farm stand. Itʻs a cute little place.
All along the way, your guide provides stories, facts and other bits of information you will sure to love. Including plenty of stories relating to the Pearl Harbor attack and what was done in response. We see a lot of that throughout the day and especially around Kualoa Ranch. We take a little bit of time to look out onto Chinaman Hat and the bay, with the Marine base in the background.
We stop at the Hukilau Marketplace to enjoy a little bit of lunch and some shopping. They have a lot of great little places to enjoy lunch on your own. From the restaurant led by a top-rated chef to the many food truck options around the courtyard, you wonʻt be disappointed with any meal you get here.
We make a number of stops to enjoy the views over the beaches on the North Shore of Oahu. See the famous stretches of sand, including top surfing spots like Pipeline, and Waimea Bay.
We take a slight detour into historic Haleiwa town so you can see this wonderful beach town. The cute buildings, river bridge and surfer vibe makes you want to take up life on the North Shore. We drive through this town (your guide may make stops depending on the time).
The world famous pineapple company still has plenty of fields around the plantation stop. We get out to enjoy a bit of shopping and a chance to try the tasty Pineapple Whip treats. Explore the grounds and learn all about Hawaiiʻs history with pineapples and what makes them so good.
The story of King Kamehameha is known by everyone who lives here. Learn all about it from your guide and why he was so important. We stop to check out not only this beautiful statue but the royal palace and the supreme court building which has been featured on many popular TV shows throughout the years, including Hawaii 5-O.
