The most fun and interesting part of the tour is that you will go to the only culinary market in Ha Noi Old Quarter area and experience in buying and bargaining the necessary ingredients yourself, like a real Vietnamese. It will be a great chance to improve your bargaining skill by using your simple Vietnamese words or even your body languages. With his passion for food, the tour guide provides you a deep insight into herbs and spices, which play an important role in the food taste of the Vietnamese and the Asian as well. After 30 – 45 minutes purchasing ingredients and exploring local culture at the market, we will come back to our class kitchen and get ready for the cooking class.
