Spend one hour in Chinese Liquor Museum, where we will taste 2 kinds of Chinese Liquor.(Children under 18 are not allowed to taste the liquor)
17:00-18:00 Tangba Street Walk
Tangba Jie and its surrounding side-streets are a perfect representation of Chengdu’s modern/traditional juxtaposition and the food-focused culture of leisure that has recently propelled the city into the spotlight. we will walk through Tangba street to Taikoo Li area and end our tour here.
The architecture around Wenshu Community is of an old Chinese style. The famous Wenshu Monastery is located here, where many intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and antique shops in Chengdu are housed. Chengdu's well loved foods and snacks can also be found here.
Local snacks will be arranged for the lunch while walking around this area, and an afternoon tea break will also will be arranged in the courtyard.
We will spend one hour in Chinese Liquor Museum, where we will not only learn about Chinese Liquor’ culture and history, but also taste 2 kinds of Chinese Liquor
Tangba Street is next to Tai Koo Li and Kangshi Street. In September 2018, Time Out listed Tangba Street 19th of the "coolest 50 city blocks in the world". Straddling old neighbourhood and new development, Tangba Jie and its surrounding side-streets are a perfect representation of Chengdu’s modern/traditional juxtaposition and the food-focused culture of leisure that has recently propelled the city into the spotlight. we will walk throung Tangba street to Taikoo Li area and end our tour here.
You will be met by your guide at Exit k of Wenshuyuan Metro Station, line 1, holding the logo of SunriseChina Expeditions and your name sign.
