In Chianciano touring to taste the EVO Oil and learn about the "streap" technique!
The acronym EVO indicates Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the EVO oil is obtained from olives that have never touched the ground, have not undergone any processing and are worked exclusively with mechanical methods without chemicals at a controlled cold temperature.
The olives are pressed in the mill and that’s all for the extraction of the Extravirgin Olive Oil.
