UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Founded by the Greeks around 600 BC, initially called Poseidonia, by Poseidon, or Neptune, god of the sea, which the city had been dedicated. Between 400 and 273 on it was occupied by the Italic population of Lucan. In 273 he became a Roman colony under the name of Paestum.

The three large temples at Paestum were built according to the rules of the Doric order. The Greeks were also familiar with the Ionic order and the Corinthian order.

You will visit a Buffalo farm and see spot on how mozzarella and many other dairy products are made. You will enjoy several tastings of fresh made products followed by a light lunch (included).

Visiting Pompeii (Skip-The-Line Tickets included) is not like a museum , is as live again in an ancient roman commercial town of 3 Km. Buildings, temples, shops catched in the time of the eruption.

Pompeii was an ancient Roman town near modern Naples, it was mostly destroyed and buried under 4 to 6 m (13 to 20 ft) of volcanic ash and pumice in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD.
