About this experience

As soon as you arrive at Meteora, you will feel the mystical atmosphere that prevails.
The impressive massive rock formations will capture your attention. On the top of the rocks, monks have built several monasteries which look like they are suspended in the air. It is so difficult to imagine how the monks constructed the monasteries up on the rocks and at the same time so impressive.
During the tour we will take you to many great viewpoints and you will get incredible photos. Sunset is simply magical and will give you the most spectacular imagery of this unique landscape.

We are starting from Thessaloniki City at 08:00 and the transfer time is 3 hours 30 minutes we also make a small stop for 20 minutes for a quick coffee.
We will arrive in Kalambaka around 12:00

Stop 2

Visit the magic area of Meteora. The monasteries of Meteora, which are built on top of some rocks, is now the second most important monastic group in Greece after Mount Athos. We can visit 2 of the main monasteries of Meteora and discover the natural beauty and the cultural heritage of this area.
During our visit to Meteora we will take you to the most beautiful spots for amazing views and photos and we can make small stops for walk.
This wonderful tour will be completed at the picturesque villages of Kalambaka, where you will have a traditional Greek lunch.

We depart to Thessaloniki at around 15:30p.m and we have a last stop for 20΄ for coffee and rest. We are back at about 19:00p.m-19:30p.m
