This is a Natural rock bridge formed by erosion over thousands of years
Walk under and over the massive stone arches (~45m high)

We're heading inland to the beatifull Rhodopes mountain towards the Аsen's fortress, located on high ground with panoramic views. We will stay about 30min. to enjoy the view of the mountains, the town of Asenovgrad and the Thracian valley.
This monastery is the second largest in Bulgaria.
The monastery buildings form two rectangular courtyards – northern (original) and southern added in the 19th century. Inside the complex we visit the main church of Virgin Mary built in 1604.
Follows the Bulgarian monastic tradition - on the first floor service rooms, on the second and third living quarters, with wide porches on the side of the courtyard.
The Wonderful Bridges (also known as the Divine Bridges or Chudnite Mostove) is a natural rock phenomenon located in the Rhodope Mountains of southern Bulgaria. These stunning rock formations are a series of stone bridges that have been created through millions of years of natural processes like erosion, resulting in unique and beautiful structures.
