Once in Capri you will have about 3.30 hours at your disposal.

Departure time by hydrofoil from Capri to Sorrento around 12:30 pm

In Sorrento, where you will be able to take your lunch in one of the local places.

Otherwise, if you wish you could spend your lunch in Capri and stay a little longer there and make only a drive through Sorrento.
