Welcome to Yucatán and welcome to the delicious street food tour, our first stop will be the museum of the Ycatecan gastronomy where you will learn how the ancient people from Yucatán used to grow and consume their food, we will show you how do used to live and how different influences from all over the world shaped the local gastronomy, after that we will take you to the local markets where you will be able to see with your own eyes wide variety of dishes that the local people eat when they decide to go out, we will stop at many of the shops and you will get to choose which one you want to try, and of course our local expert guide will be there with you teaching with you about the legends and history of those dishes and how they are prepared and how they are a part of every day life.
