Linderhof Palace, built in the 19th century, is one of the most famous buildings of Ludwig II. Bavaria. His intention was to create a private palace inspired by the French Versailles. Linderhof is therefore an excellent destination for a perfect day out full of amazing experiences. You will have the opportunity to see luxurious interiors, original ceiling decorations, rare paintings and unique sculptures created by true masters. The tour includes the Hall of Mirrors and the Royal Bedroom, a room filled with gold. There's no need to rush with a comfortable private transfer. Founded in 1330 by Emperor Ludwig IV, the abbey has survived wars, fires and political upheavals over the centuries. Today the abbey is still a functioning Benedictine monastery, famous for the beer and herbal liqueurs it produces. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by the impressive Baroque facade of the abbey church, decorated with intricate stucco and frescoes. Inside the church is a magnificent altarpiece, a masterpiece of Rococo art. The melodious echoes of Gregorian chant are often heard during the monks' daily prayers.
