An adventure steeped in history awaits you. You'll travel through a marble tunnel, take a turbine-powered lift from a submarine and learn about the history of the building. There is also a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Alps.

Mozart's famous city of Salzburg is set in the magical landscape of the Austrian Alps. The monumental Fortress of Hohensalzburg, the largest surviving fortress in Central Europe, towers over the city and offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views. The baroque Old Town, with more than 1000 monuments, is one of the largest UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the world. You may know Salzburg from the iconic movie musical The Sound of Music. Here you will find some of the film's locations, such as Schloss Mirabell and its stunning gardens, Hellsbrunn, Villa Leopoldskron or the Felsenreitschule. There are also many palaces, cathedrals and museums. The Getreidegasse, one of the world's finest shopping streets, is lined with boutiques and restaurants in magnificent baroque buildings.
