Hike of 8 km on the coast of Melendugno, important for the landscape. High and white cliffs overlooking a crystal clear sea tell us about the evolution of the ecosystem, the small inlets and natural cavities in the rocky bank have always played an important role for Humanity since ancient times. We will discover the interaction of the natural elements and the human footprint on the landscape. We will practice the collection of edible wild herbs, an action that has always accompanied human subsistence, even before the practice of agriculture. At the end of the tour we will taste spontaneous herb dishes and autochthonous bottled wine. An excursion aimed at the total understanding of the landscape through the use of all the senses, trying to stimulate the sense of smell (one of the senses less used by man).
