Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6–7 passengers. We have four helicopters operating daily.
Helicopter Tour: All passengers are required to carry physical valid ID/passports.
Helicopter Tour: All passengers should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure.
The availability shown on the system refers to the helicopter tour timings.
The Inside Burj Al Arab visit is available during two time slots: 10:00–11:30 or 17:30–19:00. It’s not required to schedule this visit on the same day as your helicopter tour—you’re free to visit on any day of your choice, as the ticket is open-dated.
The weight limit is 110kgs per passenger per seat, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this are required to add/purchase one more seat due to weight and balance limitation of the aircraft. We cannot offer a tour if a seat belt extender is required.
Pregnant women can only fly during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy upon own risk.

Go to Atlantis Helipad - near White Beach Parking area beach entrance and look for Falcon Tours, approach the reception along with your voucher and physical valid ID. Please be here 45 min prior to departure time.
