NO SHOW POLICY: If passengers fail to arrive for their scheduled flight without notification at least 48 hours prior to departure, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.
All passengers are required to carry physical valid ID/passports. Soft copies are not accepted (for helicopter)
All passengers should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure. (for helicopter)
Professional cameras and lenses of more than 400 mm are not permitted.
Infant required to sit on lap (for Desert Safari & dinner cruise), but they have their own seat for helicopter.
Pregnant women can only fly during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy upon own risk. (For helicopter)

Important Note Regarding Transfers and Flight Cancellations (Dubai Flights):

If the flight is cancelled on the day of the tour due to operational or weather-related reasons, it can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

However, car transfers are provided once only. If the vehicle has already been used, transfers will not be re-arranged for the rescheduled flight.

Guests must make their own way to the helipad for the rescheduled flight, or request a new transfer at an additional charge
